Payment processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, an authorized merchant of record. ShiftOne does not receive or store payment card details. Paddle's own privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
License delivery
Your email address is used to deliver license information. Email delivery is best-effort and may be logged for operational purposes. We do not use your email for marketing without your consent.
Data retention
License records are retained for the duration of the license and a reasonable period thereafter for support and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Third-party services
We use Paddle for payment processing. No personal data is shared with other third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
