2. Trial and evaluation
The 7-day trial exists so teams can evaluate the product with their own bundle ID, UI flows, devices, and operating conditions before purchasing.
3. License scope
A valid license is required for production use. Download access, docs access, or receipt of a binary package does not itself grant production rights.
4. Product boundaries
ScreenVeil is sold as a best-effort shielding layer. It is not a guarantee that all screenshots, recordings, captures, or observation paths will be prevented in every environment.
5. Orders, refunds, and exceptional revocation
Commercial orders are processed through Paddle or another authorized channel. Customers are expected to evaluate with the trial first, so commercial purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved as an exceptional operator decision. Any refund or revocation tooling is contingency-only, not the default lifecycle.
6. Responsibility and liability
Customers remain responsible for validating integration inside their own apps and legal context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and shiftone lab disclaims indirect or consequential damages.
